Coffee Brake is an animated short created at the UTS Animal Logic Academy. The premise: what if Tokyo Drift happened in an office, and the prize was the last donut? What follows is a high-speed office-chair showdown, played with all the intensity of a street race. On the production, I worked across pre-visualisation, layout, lighting, and compositing, and served as benchmark lighter, establishing the lighting look for key shots that the rest of the team built from.

Made entirely in Blender, the film won Best VFX at the Oasis Film Festival and received nominations at the AEAF Awards and the AniMate Australia Animation Film Festival.
